Project: OCE Postdoctoral Fellowship 2012 - Development of Membranes for Hydrogen Production

CSIRO Energy Technology is offering a prestigious OCE (Office of the Chief Executive) Postdoctoral Fellowship in the area of alloy membrane development. The OCE Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme provides an opportunity to undertake postdoctoral research projects aligned with the best research teams across CSIRO.
The Postdoctoral Fellow will join a multi-disciplinary team developing layered alloy membranes for a range of applications, including solar-thermal natural gas reforming and hydrogen production from gasification of coal and other materials. The Fellow will be expected to take a leading role in the development of new materials, fabrication techniques and integration of membranes with industrial H2-production processes.
