Research Fellows – Carbon Dioxide Capture
The CRC for Greenhouse Gas Technologies(CO2CRC) is seeking to appoint two new post-doctoral fellows into the carbon dioxide capture program. The positions are located in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Melbourne. The successful applicants will work on projects developing processes for the capture of carbon dioxide using absorption technology, membrane contactors and gas separation membranes. The work will include laboratory experiments, as well as Aspen HYSYS simulations and field work at our on-site pilot scale equipment in the Latrobe Valley. The positions represent an excellent opportunity to develop ground breaking technology in this emerging field and to apply the outcomes in our industrial partners within the CO2CRC.
Close date: 05 September 2010
More details are available on the University of Melbourne website (jobs.unimelb.edu.au). The position number is 0024502.
