Who You Are
You are a talented person with a solid skillset within R&D related to polymer chemistry and/or membrane separation technology. Furthermore, you should have experience in running projects, reporting and making conclusive decisions. Indeed, we are expecting you to be a team player and a problem-solver, supporting our research activities in collaboration with the R&D team, Production, Test Center, Sales, Marketing and Product Management departments. It could be positive for you if you have experience in writing research projects and articles.
About the job
You will drive product development projects to secure an innovative and competitive membrane portfolio in line with our strategic launch plan and customer needs.
You will play a major role in the journey towards our two lighthouses i.e., Membrane Innovation Platform and Sustainable Membrane Manufacturer.
The main task is to perform R&D activities related to polymeric membrane production
What You Know
You must have Master/Doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Chemistry
You bring relevant technical experience related to polymeric membranes using literature search, external input and internal tools.
You clearly communicate the progress of your work to the organization through R&D reports and presentations.
You have a structured mindset to analyze and summarize obtained experimental data.
You have experience in supporting internal and/or external fundings for activities
You are fluent in English, and you thrive working in an international environment
