**TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Attendance at the Early Career Researcher (ECR) Symposium, scheduled for Monday, December 9th, is complimentary with the purchase of an MSA Annual Meeting and Conference ticket. Please note that this offer does not apply to those who purchase single-day tickets.

  • For catering purpose, please confirm your attendance at the ECR Symposium when completing your registration details. Change of mind is permitted up to 1 week before the conference. Note that a fee of AUD50 will be charged for no-shows to cover catering costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances might change and delegates could require a cancellation and request a refund. The following cancellation policy applies to the MSA-AMC conference:

If written (email) cancellation notification is received:

  • more than 30 days before the start of the conference (Monday, 9th December): 90% refund of fees (10% withhold for administrative costs)

  • less than 30 days and more than 15 days before the start of the conference: 50% refund of fees

  • less than 15 days before the start of the conference: no refund

  • No-show: no refund

  • Special circumstances (compassionate reasons): evaluated on a case-by-case basis
